These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the Service by You (the Customer). We are Pelynt Limited, trading as https://asksift.com. Pelynt Limited is a company registered under number 40203380500 with a registered office at Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 T2C9, Ireland.

These are the terms on which we sell the Service to you. By subscribing to the Service on the Website, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You can only purchase the Service from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

Contact Details

Interpretation

Customer means You, an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession.

Supplier means We, Pelynt Limited.

Contract means the legally-binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Services.

Order means the Customer's order for the Service from the Supplier as submitted following the step by step process set out on the Website.

Privacy Policy means the terms which set out how we will deal with confidential and personal information received from you via the Website.

Services means the Services advertised on the Website.

Website means our Website https://asksift.com on which the Services are advertised.

The Service

The full description of the Service is as set out on the Website. All Services which appear on the Website are subject to availability. We can make changes to the Service which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory guidelines.

Service Description

This Service enables Customers to track the geographic location of mobile phones using GPS technology and SMS-based tracking links.

We cannot guarantee successful location tracking for all phone numbers, as results depend on device settings, network conditions, and user interaction with tracking links.

The location tracking service uses GPS data shared by the target device when the tracking link is opened.

Charges

The Service is billed by Credit or Debit Card.

Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

You agree that we can take payment immediately or otherwise before delivery of the Service.

Subscription

The Service is supplied on a subscription basis. You will be billed at the current rate and at the frequency advertised on the Website.

You will continue to be billed unless you have cancelled the subscription correctly in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Credit & Debit Card Billing

Fees and Payment

The charge for the Service will appear on your credit or debit card bill.

Fees and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the Order.

You agree that we can take payment immediately by charging the credit or debit card used to subscribe to the Service.

The Service is supplied on a 7 days trial period after which you will be charged on a bimonthly basis.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For credit and debit card paying Customers

You can cancel the Service at any time via the Website by selecting "Manage My Subscription" on the homepage, by logging in to your account, contacting customer Services via our Website, emailing us at contact@asksift.com, or calling us on +44 20 4600 5995.

We want you to be happy with the Service that we provide. If, in the first 30 days You decide that the Service is not what you expected or as advertised, you may contact us for a full refund of any charges incurred.

If you believe you have been billed in error and wish to apply for a refund you should contact our customer services team.

The Website

This Website and its owners take a proactive approach to Customer privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its Customers throughout their visiting experience. Intellectual Property

Copyright laws protect all rights to immaterial property of the Supplier such as brands, copyrights, texts, pictures and logos. Customers are not allowed to use these rights either directly or indirectly by copying, reproducing or using part of the site without prior written permission from the Supplier.

Termination and Suspension

We may terminate the Contract or suspend the Service at any time without a written notice of termination or suspension to the other if that other commits a serious breach of the Contract.

Liability

Pelynt Limited makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the location tracking service functions correctly. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of location data or successful tracking for all devices.
